The pond offers something different with each visit. One morning, I may be quietly filming a Great Blue Heron standing gracefully at the water's edge. Another morning, I'm witnessing the excitement of a feeding frenzy as a Heron catches fish just beneath the surface.
As autumn settles in, the temperatures grow colder, migrating ducks arrive, and the changing colors reflect across the water. There is a certain solitude to these mornings, a quiet beauty that awakens something within me.
